1 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)

1 ripe banana, frozen

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fresh fruits for topping (sliced strawberries, blueberries, banana slices)

1/4 cup granola

Coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions
