4 salmon fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

4 cod fillets

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 mahi-mahi fillets

2 tablespoons harissa paste

3 tablespoons olive oil
