Ingredients

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for spice level)

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 pack of wonton wrappers (about 30 wrappers)

Cooking spray or oil for misting

Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping (optional)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded mozzarella, and chopped green onions. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Take a wonton wrapper and place it on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the buffalo chicken mixture onto the center of the wrapper.

Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water. Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, pressing out any air as you seal it. Make sure the edges are tightly sealed to avoid leakage during cooking.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the filled wontons in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch each other. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Lightly mist the tops of the wontons with cooking spray for extra crispiness.

Air fry the wontons at 370°F (188°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Check halfway through and give them a gentle shake for even cooking.

Once done, carefully remove the wontons and serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
