Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup diced onion

½ cup diced pickles

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

12 egg roll wrappers

Cooking spray

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

    Add diced onions and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes, until they are translucent.

      Stir in the diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.

        Allow the beef mixture to cool slightly, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.

          To assemble the egg rolls, place one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you. Add about 2-3 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture in the center.

            Fold the bottom corner over the filling and tuck it in tight, then fold the sides over the filling, and roll towards the top corner. Seal the edge with a little water. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

              Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.

                Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray to ensure they become golden brown and crispy.

                  Place the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through.

                    Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving.
