1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 cups broccoli florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, pepper, salt, soy sauce, and honey. Stir well to coat the chicken and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to an hour in the fridge for more flavor).

    Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes while the chicken marinates.

      Prepare the Broccoli: Toss the broccoli florets in a small bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

        Add Chicken and Broccoli to the Air Fryer: Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. After 5 minutes, add the seasoned broccoli on top of the chicken.

          Air Fry: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for a total of 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure even cooking. The chicken should be golden brown and cooked through, while the broccoli should be vibrant and tender-crisp.
