1 pound flank steak, sliced thin against the grain

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 cup mixed bell peppers, sliced (red, yellow, and green)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Beef: In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until the beef is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes for the best flavor.

    Coat the Beef: Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated beef and toss to ensure each piece is well-coated. This will create that crispy texture when cooked.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Prepare the Cooking Spray: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

          Air Fry the Beef: Place the coated beef slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. Lightly spray the beef with vegetable oil. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the beef is crispy and browned.

            Add the Vegetables: Once the beef is done, remove it from the air fryer and set aside. In a bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers with sesame oil. Add them to the air fryer basket and air fry for another 5-7 minutes until the peppers are tender and slightly charred.

              Combine Beef and Peppers: Add the crispy beef back into the air fryer with the peppers and toss everything together. Air fry for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.

                Serve: Transfer the crispy beef and peppers to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
