Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Once preheated, place the marinated shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure to leave space between them for even cooking.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp, then continue cooking until the cheese is melted and slightly crispy.
Carefully remove the shrimp from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish.
