Ingredients

1 cup dill pickles, chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

8 egg roll wrappers

Cooking spray

Optional: Ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped dill pickles, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well incorporated.

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface, with one corner facing you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the pickle mixture into the center of the wrapper.

Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal the egg roll. Use a bit of water to seal the edge if necessary. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray on all sides to achieve a golden crisp.

Place the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch. You may need to do this in batches.

Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Once done, remove from the air fryer and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 4

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the egg rolls on a platter with a small bowl of ranch dressing in the center for dipping. You can also garnish with a sprinkle of fresh dill for a pop of color and flavor.
