1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp dried thyme

2 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.

      Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; stir and cook until the onion is translucent.

        Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.

          In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

            Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet, followed by the soup mixture. Stir everything together until evenly coated.

              Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

                Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top of the casserole.

                  Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

                    Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
