1 ripe avocado, diced

1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped

1 ripe mango, diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, deseeded and minced (optional for heat)

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon honey (or agave syrup for a vegan option)

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocado, chopped strawberries, and diced mango.

    Add the finely chopped red onion and minced jalapeño for an extra kick (if using).
