Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup green onions, finely sliced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each flour tortilla. Ensure you leave a small border around the edges for easier rolling.

Evenly sprinkle the chopped bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, and diced red bell pepper over the cream cheese layer on each tortilla.

Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Starting from one end, gently roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help it firm up.

Once chilled, unwrap the tortillas and slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and enjoy!

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 8 (approximately 16 pinwheels)
