Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough

Sesame seeds for topping (optional)

Pickles, for serving

Ketchup and mustard, for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the crumbled bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

On a clean surface, unroll the crescent roll dough into a rectangle, pressing the seams together to create one solid sheet.

Spread the beef and bacon mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a little space around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese on top of the meat.

Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough up tightly to form a log. Use a sharp knife to slice the log into 1-inch wide pieces.

Place the roll-ups onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut side up. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each roll-up for extra flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the roll-ups are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Once baked, allow them to cool slightly, then serve with pickles, ketchup, and mustard on the side.
