Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup cooked macaroni pasta

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crispy bacon, chopped

1/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

Sliced tomatoes (for garnish)

Optional: Sriracha or barbecue sauce for drizzling

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, seasoning it with salt, pepper, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

In a separate pot, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, and chopped bacon. Stir over low heat until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center of the tortilla, place a generous scoop of the cheesy macaroni mixture followed by a portion of the cooked ground beef.

Top with a handful of shredded lettuce and a few slices of fresh tomato.

Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling stays inside.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.

Remove from heat, slice the wraps in half diagonally, and drizzle with Sriracha or barbecue sauce if desired.
