12 mozzarella sticks

12 slices of bacon

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or oil for frying

Prepare the Cheese: Place the mozzarella sticks in the freezer for about 30 minutes until they're firm. This will help them hold their shape during cooking.

    Wrap the Bacon: Take each frozen mozzarella stick and wrap one slice of bacon around it tightly. Ensure there are no gaps. If necessary, you can use toothpicks to secure the ends of the bacon.

      Set Up the Breading Station: In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, pour the beaten eggs. In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
