1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into bite-sized chunks

12 slices of thick-cut bacon

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

1 tablespoon honey

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

    Prepare Bacon: Slice the bacon strips in half. You will use half a slice for each pineapple chunk.
