Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough

6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)

1 tablespoon butter, melted

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and chopped chives (if using) until well combined.

Prepare the Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc on a clean surface.

Fill the Dough: Place about a tablespoon of the cheese and bacon filling in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Place on Baking Sheet: Arrange the stuffed biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter for a golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the cheese bombs are golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Serve: Let the cheese bombs cool for a minute, then garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
