Ingredients

12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or any soft dinner rolls)

1 lb sliced deli ham

1 lb sliced Swiss cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Sliders: Slice the entire batch of slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Layer with Ham and Cheese: Evenly layer the sliced ham over the bottom half of the rolls, followed by a generous layer of Swiss cheese.

Add the Top Halves: Place the top halves of the rolls back over the cheese.

Make the Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Brush the Mixture: Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls, making sure to cover them well.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
