Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust for spice level)

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped green onions, for garnish

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside half of the sauce for serving later.

Coat the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top of each fillet generously with the sauce mixture.

Add Breadcrumbs: In a shallow dish, spread out the panko breadcrumbs. Carefully press each sauced salmon fillet into the breadcrumbs to coat the top evenly.

Bake the Salmon: Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. For a crispy topping, broil for the last 2-3 minutes (watching closely to prevent burning).

Garnish and Serve: Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle the reserved sauce over the top. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
