Ingredients

8 oz lo mein noodles

1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 cup broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup sugar snap peas

3 green onions, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch ginger, grated

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add broccoli, bell pepper, sugar snap peas, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crispy.

Return the cooked beef to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables.

Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Toss everything together until all ingredients are well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the chopped green onions and remove from heat.

Serve hot, garnishing with sesame seeds if desired.
