Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the dough into individual rounds. Flatten each round in your hand or on a lightly floured surface to about a 4-inch circle.

Place a generous tablespoon of the beef and bacon mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling to form a ball, pinching to seal. Ensure the filling is completely enclosed.

Place the assembled bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of each bomb with beaten egg to give them a golden color and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
