Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or canned)

1/4 cup diced green onions

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)

1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (for topping)

1 tbsp olive oil (for topping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and pepper jack cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Fold in the diced jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. If using bacon bits, add them now.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish (about 8x8 inches). Spread it evenly.

In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and olive oil, tossing to coat. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping. Enjoy your creamy, spicy, and utterly delicious jalapeño popper dip!
