1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices of cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 tomato, diced

¼ cup pickles, sliced

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Prepare the Beef: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; do not overwork the meat.

    Form Patties: Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form into patties, making them slightly larger than the size of your tortillas as they will shrink while cooking.

      Cook the Patties: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease with olive oil. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
