1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

12 mini slider buns

8 slices of cheddar cheese (cut in half)

1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

2 teaspoons white vinegar

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Preheat the Grill or Skillet: Heat your grill or a large skillet over medium heat.

    Prepare the Beef Patties: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined. Form the mixture into 12 small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.

      Cook the Patties: Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and place half slices of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted and patties are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F).

        Toast the Buns: While the patties are cooking, slice the mini buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in another pan until they are golden brown.

          Prepare the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and white vinegar until smooth.

            Assemble the Mini Big Mac Cheeseburgers: On each bottom bun, spread a layer of the special sauce. Place a cooked beef patty with melted cheese, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
