Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated biscuits

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, melted butter, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Open the can of biscuits and separate the dough into individual biscuits. Roll each biscuit into a flat circle (about 4 inches in diameter) using your hands or a rolling pin.

Place 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit circle.

Gather the edges of the biscuit over the cheese filling and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.

Dip each cheese bomb into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

Place the garlic butter coated cheese bombs seam side down in the greased muffin tin.

Brush any remaining garlic butter over the tops of the bombs. (Optional: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top for added flavor.)

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 12 bomb bites
