Ingredients
  

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 jalapeño, deseeded and minced (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rinsed black beans and corn kernels.

    Add the finely chopped red onion, diced red bell pepper, and minced jalapeño to the bowl.

      Stir in the chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.

        Gently toss all the ingredients together until evenly mixed.
