2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

4 ounces brie cheese, sliced

1/4 cup fresh blackberries

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Pinch of salt

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by gathering all the ingredients. Slice the brie cheese, and wash the blackberries thoroughly.

    Butter the Bread: Spread the softened butter on one side of each slice of sourdough. This will create a golden, crispy crust when grilled.

      Assemble the Sandwich: On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the brie cheese evenly. Top the brie with fresh blackberries, followed by a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.

        Close the Sandwich: Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
