Ingredients
  

8 ounces rotini pasta

6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup red onion, diced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sour cream

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Begin by cooking the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, chopped romaine, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced red onion.

      In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until blended.

        Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss until everything is well-coated.

          Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or pepper to preference.

            Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

              Before serving, give the salad a good toss and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
