Instructions
In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Pour in the almond milk and add the vanilla extract and salt.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a few whole blueberries and a sprinkle of lemon zest on top.
