1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn tortillas

Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

For Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, deseeded and minced

2 tablespoons lime juice

Salt to taste

In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp, tossing to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

    While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the mango salsa. In a medium bowl, mix the diced mango, chopped onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt. Stir gently to combine and set aside.

      Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until pink and slightly charred, then flip and cook another 2 minutes until fully cooked.

        Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side until pliable.

          To assemble the tacos, place a few shrimp in each tortilla, top with the mango salsa, and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.

            Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for squeezing.
