2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

2 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozen, thawed)

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional, for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil (if using bread crumbs)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Noodles: Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Blanch Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, blanch the florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until vibrant green, then drain and rinse with cold water. This helps maintain their color and crunch.
