1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1teaspooncayenne pepper
1/2teaspoonsalt
1cupbuffalo sauce
2tablespoonsolive oil

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Gradually add the water, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated. Shake off any excess batter.
Arrange the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
In a separate bowl, mix the baked cauliflower with the buffalo sauce and olive oil until well coated. Return to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, allowing the sauce to set and caramelize slightly.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Adjust the cayenne pepper for desired spice level.
