Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing (plus more for serving)

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Optional: celery sticks for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Prepare the Crescent Roll Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange the triangles in a circle, with the wide ends facing the outside, overlapping them slightly.

Add the Filling: Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle, leaving space at the pointed end.

Fold and Seal: Fold the pointed ends over the filling and tuck them under the ring to seal. Make sure there are no gaps to avoid leaking filling during baking.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent ring is golden brown and bubbly.

Garnish: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with sliced green onions for added flavor and color.

Serve: Slice the ring into wedges and serve warm with extra ranch dressing and celery sticks on the side.
