Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 bag (10 oz) tortilla chips

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup blue cheese crumbles

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup jalapeños, sliced (optional for extra heat)

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce, mixing until well coated. Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your spice preference.

Layer Chips: On a large baking sheet or oven-safe skillet, spread an even layer of tortilla chips.

Add Chicken: Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the chips.

Cheese it Up: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the chicken and chips, followed by the blue cheese crumbles.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish: Remove the nachos from the oven and top with chopped green onions, jalapeños (if using), and a dollop of sour cream.

Serve: Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with fresh cilantro, if desired. Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.
