Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, diced celery, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully mixed.
In a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, spread half of the tater tots in an even layer on the bottom.
Pour the buffalo chicken mixture over the tater tots, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle half of the cheddar and half of the mozzarella cheeses on top of the chicken mixture.
Layer the remaining tater tots over the cheese.
Top with the rest of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
Before serving, garnish with diced green onions and a drizzle of buffalo sauce if desired.

Optional: a drizzle of extra buffalo sauce for serving.
