Ingredients

1 large ball of burrata cheese

1 French baguette, sliced into ½-inch thick pieces

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil on both sides.

Bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil (1 tablespoon), and season with salt and pepper. Toss well until everything is evenly coated.

Once the baguette slices are toasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Assemble the bruschetta by spreading a generous piece of burrata on each toasted baguette slice.

Top the burrata with the fresh tomato-basil mixture. Drizzle a little balsamic glaze over the top for added flavor.

Optionally, garnish with extra basil leaves for presentation.

Serve immediately while the bread is still warm and the burrata is creamy.
