1 head romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved

1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Chickpeas: On a baking sheet, toss the drained chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated. Spread them out in a single layer.

      Roast the Chickpeas: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the chickpeas are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.

        Prepare the Salad Base: While the chickpeas are roasting, in a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes.

          Dress the Salad: Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until the lettuce and tomatoes are evenly coated.

            Add the Cheese: Sprinkle the shaved Parmesan cheese over the salad.

              Combine: Once the chickpeas are done roasting, let them cool slightly, then add them to the salad. Toss lightly to combine.
