3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the steak cubes and toss well to coat. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes at room temperature.

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak bites to the pan in a single layer (work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding).

      Sear the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely browned and reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
