4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Begin by patting the steak cubes dry with paper towels. This will help achieve a nice sear.

    In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to ensure they are well-coated.

      In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

        Add the seasoned steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Allow them to sear for about 2-3 minutes on one side without stirring, until they develop a nice crust.

          Flip the steak bites and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until they reach your desired doneness (medium-rare is approximately 135°F).

            Reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir to combine and let the garlic infuse into the butter for about 1 minute, being careful not to let it burn.

              Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until well coated. Remove from heat.

                Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing.
