Ingredients

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Season the Seafood: In a mixing bowl, sprinkle shrimp and salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Sear the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Salmon: In the same skillet, add the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaking easily. Remove and set aside with the shrimp.

Make the Garlic Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Cream: Pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring constantly. Allow the sauce to simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Combine: Return the shrimp and salmon to the skillet, gently mixing them in the garlic cream sauce. Let cook together for an additional 2 minutes to warm through and infuse flavors.

Serve: Remove from heat and transfer the seafood to a serving platter, drizzling with more garlic cream sauce.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 2

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the dish over a bed of rice or alongside garlic bread, garnished with chopped parsley for a pop of color. A lemon wedge can be placed on the side for extra zest.
