2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup milk (whole or low-fat)

1/4 cup cake mix (any flavor, but funfetti is recommended)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons sprinkles (plus extra for garnish)

Whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, cake mix, and vanilla extract.

    Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.

      Add the sprinkles to the blender, and pulse a few times to just incorporate them without fully blending. This will give your milkshake a fun, colorful look.

        Pour the milkshake into two tall glasses.

          Top each milkshake with a generous swirl of whipped cream and sprinkle extra sprinkles on top for decoration.
