Ingredients
  

2 cups fresh sweet corn kernels (about 4 ears of corn)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Start by shucking the corn and removing the kernels from the cobs. If using frozen corn, simply thaw it in a colander and drain well.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, halved cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.

      Add the torn basil leaves for a fresh herb flavor.

        Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
