2 ripe avocados

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Carefully scoop out a little of the avocado flesh to create enough space for the filling, then set the flesh aside in a bowl.

    In the bowl with the avocado flesh, add the halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and chopped basil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss the mixture together, ensuring not to mash the ingredients too much.

      Spoon the Caprese filling generously into each avocado half, allowing it to overflow slightly for a beautiful presentation.
