Ingredients

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup milk

1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and diced

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Whipped cream for topping

Extra apple slices for garnish

Instructions

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the diced apple, cinnamon, and sugar. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the apples are tender. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, sautéed apples (reserving some for garnish), and caramel sauce. Blend until smooth and creamy.

If desired, reserve some of the caramel sauce for drizzling, and blend in a tablespoon for extra flavor.

In a tall glass, sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs at the bottom. Pour in the milkshake mixture, then sprinkle some more crumbs on top of the milkshake.

Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream, drizzle extra caramel sauce over the cream, and garnish with fresh apple slices and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
