Ingredients

1 cup ketchup

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the ketchup and vegetable oil. Whisk until the mixture is well blended.

Slowly add in the apple cider vinegar while continuing to whisk, allowing the acidity to balance with the sweetness of the ketchup.

Stir in the sugar, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust sweetness or acidity as desired by adding more sugar or vinegar.

For a smoother dressing, transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until fully emulsified and smooth.

Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary, before transferring to a serving container.
