Ingredients

2 cups cream cheese, softened

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped fresh herbs (such as chives, parsley, and dill)

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)

2 tablespoons roasted garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Additional chopped herbs and nuts for rolling

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated cheddar cheese, and crumbled blue cheese. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Add the finely chopped fresh herbs, chopped walnuts, roasted garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Gather the mixture into a ball shape using your hands.

Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.

Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the fridge and roll it in additional chopped herbs and nuts to coat the outside, giving it an appealing look.

Transfer the cheese ball to a serving platter and serve it with an assortment of crackers, sliced veggies, and breadsticks for dipping.
