Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

12 egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Instructions

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain excess fat and stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional minute.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles until well combined.

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean, dry surface with one corner pointed towards you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of the wrapper.

Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper up over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly, ensuring that the filling is secure. Use a little water on the edges to seal the egg roll.

Repeat this process for the remaining wrappers and filling.

In a deep pan or fryer, heat about 2 inches of oil to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully place 3-4 egg rolls in the hot oil, cooking until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

For an added twist, mix ketchup and mustard together for a dipping sauce, or serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

                    Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 6

                      - Presentation Tips: Arrange the egg rolls on a platter with a small bowl of dipping sauce in the center. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives for a pop of color. Enjoy your unique take on a classic cheeseburger!
