Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

12 slider buns

6 slices of cheddar cheese, halved

1 cup dill pickles, sliced

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 large tomato, sliced

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat.

Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal portions and form into small patties, making them slightly thinner in the center for even cooking.

Grill or cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip them over.

Place a half slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Assemble each slider by placing a cheeseburger patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with dill pickles, a slice of tomato, and a handful of shredded lettuce.

In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard together. Drizzle the sauce over the toppings in each slider or serve it on the side.

Place the top half of the bun over each slider, press down gently, and your cheeseburger sliders are ready to serve!
