Ingredients

12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 slices provolone cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they start to caramelize and soften. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Steak: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Increase the heat to high and add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked to your desired doneness.

Combine Ingredients: Return the sautéed vegetables to the skillet, mixing them with the cooked steak. Add the drained tortellini gently into the mixture, tossing everything together until well combined.

Add Provolone: Lower the heat to medium-low. Layer the provolone cheese slices over the top and cover the skillet with a lid. Let it melt for about 2-3 minutes.

Serve and Garnish: Once the cheese is melted, remove from heat and give everything a gentle stir again. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
