Ingredients

12 oz cheese tortellini

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and bell pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they soften, then add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Cook the Steak: Increase the heat to high, and push the vegetables to one side of the skillet. In the same pan, add the sliced ribeye steak. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the steak is browned but still tender. Mix with the veggies.

Make the Sauce: Reduce the heat to medium. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with the steak and vegetables. Gradually add the shredded provolone cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce is creamy and the cheese is melted. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if desired.

Combine: Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, gently tossing everything together until the tortellini is coated in the rich provolone sauce.

Serve: Plate generous portions of the cheesesteak tortellini and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
