1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn (frozen or canned)

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/2 cup diced green bell pepper

1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or wooden spoon to blend until smooth.

      Mix in shredded cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese until well incorporated.

        Stir in the black beans, corn, diced red and green bell peppers, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

          Transfer the mixture to a medium-sized baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

              Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

                Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro before serving.
